All things beautiful!

I just realized I missed posting some of the orders I have received. I've been working on classes, club meetings, and of course John Petersen's arrival NEXT WEEK. If you haven't registered for his classes yet, please do so soon so we know how many to expect. You can check them out at http://www.stampingontheplateau.com/Class-Schedule.php.

Here is a must! I must mention this first! The new April color of Distress products just arrived today. I have Fossilized Amber in pads, reinkers, stains, paints, spray stains and markers. There is a limited supply of this first order so if you want one reserved, you should contact me immediately.

The other orders that arrived are from Announcement Converters, Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko and Product Performers.
This picture shows some replacement Distress Paints in Dusty Concord, Peeled Paint and Chipped Sapphire. These were the paints we used for coloring the Pure Iris Penny Black stamp in the recent (and to be repeated on July 20) Watercolor Class. Also, there are some small jars of WOW! Thick, clear embossing powder. Two NEW colors of Archival Ink in Buttercup and Sky Blue, plus 2 NEW Patina sets Sunset Morning and Twilight Paris.

These are ALL NEW Products from Ken Oliver and Product Performers. My favorites are the Colorbursts. These are powder watercolors that squirt onto wet cardstock to create marvelous backgrounds (as shown in the photo). Then I got some of the very, very clever Click-It dye ink pads. They are small, cleverly contained and a very good quality of ink. I just purchased the Lamp Black and the Walnut for this first-time-on-the-scene sale. Then this was THE BUZZ at CHA: Stick Its. Everyone was talking about these sheets of super thin double-sided adhesive that attach to your cardstock, then are run through your die-cutting machine to create very, very detailed images which are covered in the adhesive. Then you can add gold leafing, glitter or mica powder to make them shine. Come to the shop and ask to see a demo of this very popular product.

Following are lots of new plastic stencils which are all wonderful to use with your Gelli Plates:  Impressions     Pebble Art
The Story          Be In Love                       Thoughts              Scribbled Rose

Maybe you can tell in the photo above that this is the Brushed Mirricard Gold and Silver cardstock that many of you have longed for. It gives a somewhat soft yet glossy and elegant look to your paper crafts. Also arriving on the scene were some dark green and classic red for the holidays for those of you who like to get those cards done immediately. Then if you love the Neenah Classic Solar White cardstock as much as I do, you will find many uses for the 12x12 packs of cardstock. This cardstock is great with alcohol markers, but works well with any project for which you need a nice, smooth texture on a somewhat heavyweight cardstock.

I love these stencils, too. At the top in 12x12 is Bamboo, followed by Bay Branches, Weaving, Bokeh (the many circles), Ripped Fishnet and Cobblestone. Every one of these works beautifully on the Gelli Plates.

Last but not least are some new items and some requested items. The new items are the StazOn Glazes in Gold, Silver, White, Blue Hawaii, Orange Zest, Spiced Chai, Gothic Purple, St Valentine, Emerald City and Midnight Blue. These glazes keep their dimension and shine upon drying and are perfect for adding that extra touch to the project that just needs a little something more. Another new iten is the Orange Viva Inca Gold Rub. Wow! What an accent color! The warm colors of Neons in the 4-pack are in. Then requested are 12x12 Ranger Specialty Stamping Paper and Crafters Companion Cardstock which were used for alcohol ink painting in a recent class.

I'm sure these is something in this group that would just love to find a home with you. Don't forget to bring your coupons from the large craft stores. I now accept all valid coupons. And I will match or beat any current on-line sale of new items so be on the look-out and bring the sale's URL to show me.
